Returns a job; a new item lands beside the original, a video keeping its picture. Denoise takes up to three hours a file; isolate_voice up to an hour, paid plans only. A video over 350MB is refused: detach its audio and clean that. With timeline_id and clip_id the result takes that clip's slot when it lands (look and trim kept, the words stay with the old media).
