detect beats

Every beat and downbeat in a music track, or any audio or video with music in it, plus the tempo. pulse_beats are the beats on the tempo grid, pulse_interval apart; beats is everything heard, denser where the model followed hi-hats; pulse is steady, variable or unclear (bpm null). Times are source seconds, before a clip’s trim and placement. Kept on the file. Over 2 minutes returns a job; ask again once it lands. Up to 70 minutes; no audio track returns silent. Cloud processing.
