detect beats

Every beat and downbeat in a music track, or any audio or video with music in it, in seconds from the start of the file, plus the tempo. pulse_beats are the beats on the tempo grid, pulse_interval apart; beats is everything heard, denser where the model followed hi-hats; pulse is steady, variable or unclear (bpm null). Times are source seconds, before a clip’s trim and placement. Kept on the file. Files over 20 minutes are refused; a file with no audio track comes back silent. Cloud processing.
