remove silence

Cut the pauses in speech and ripple the timeline closed behind each one, picture and sound staying in sync. Clips with word timing are cut between words; uploaded speech without it is listened to (a file too long for the call is queued and named in warnings). Leading and trailing silence, and gaps between clips, are left. Runs before remove_words when both are wanted, since every cut shifts the word indices. Nothing to cut returns the timeline unchanged with a warning, not an error. Free, except listening to speech without word timing: cloud processing.
